Endurance Coaching

Whether you're training for a trail race, rogaine, ultramarathon, adventure race, or a big personal challenge, my endurance coaching is designed to help you train consistently and turn up prepared on the day.

My coaching focuses on endurance sports and big adventures, with a particular passion for trail running, rogaining, ultra distance events, and multi-day missions. Every athlete receives a personalised training program through Final Surge, updated every two weeks with a fornightly phone call. This will help to reflect your progress, goals, and what life throws your way.

Coaching is more than just a training plan. You'll have ongoing support throughout your journey, with all round access to email me for questions, feedback, race planning, and guidance when things don't quite go to plan.
